It depends on scope. A focused proof of concept is usually a few weeks of work. A production system that connects several of your platforms is a bigger project. After the first call we send a written quote. You commit to nothing before that.
Yes, and it is a deliberate choice. Smaller businesses often see faster returns. Decisions move quickly and habits are easier to change. We size the work to your business instead of applying a template built for a large one.
Yes. Most of our work connects to systems you already run: ERP, CRM, warehouse management, internal tools, databases. Integration is part of the job, not something we add at the end.
Yes. We build agents for customer support, operations, data analysis, sales, finance and IT. Each one is built around your own process. Anything needing judgement is passed to a person.
Yes. If you already have models, pipelines or vendor tools, we can extend or improve them. We will not insist on a rebuild just because we did not write it.
A proof of concept takes four to eight weeks. Full deployment usually takes three to six months. It depends on how many systems we connect to, how ready your data is, and what approvals you need. We plan it so something useful lands early.
Yes. Many projects start there. We look at your data and systems, work out which use cases are worth doing, and put them in order with the numbers attached. That work stands on its own if you are not ready to build yet.
Yes. We deploy to the major clouds, to your own servers, or to a mix of both. Where the data is sensitive, we can run everything inside your environment so nothing leaves it.
Security is part of every project. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role and every action is logged. We use the least data that answers the question. We sign an NDA and a data processing agreement as standard.
Yes, if you want it. AI systems drift as your data and conditions change, so monitoring and retraining matter. We also train your team as we go, so day-to-day running does not depend on us.
